My journey into wellness and mental health began with a BA in Psychology from UCLA and a desire to help abused children. I started my career working with teenage girls in foster care, supporting them through a very difficult period in their lives, and helping them find optimism for a better future.

But as life unfolded, I found myself on a different path—a long, exciting professional ride through real estate and e-commerce, including 19 wonderful years with The Walt Disney Company’s Consumer Products Division. As a wife and mom, I navigated a fast-paced, exciting, and stressful career while being present and supportive for my family's needs.

While I loved working for Disney, my heart always pulled me back to my first love: helping people heal, grow, and thrive. After successfully building my real estate company and portfolio, I was able to leave Disney, allowing me to focus on helping others, this time with more life experience—and a full toolkit. I’m now have certifications in life, business, and nutrition coaching, as well as hypnotherapy. To deepen my practice even more, I recently became a certified Reiki Master Healer. Combining my career in corporate America with my counseling and healing background, I have developed a framework which empowers others to take control of their mental and physical health with simple, doable steps. It’s easier than you think—and I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
